The Ft. Lauderdale Charter Fishing Crew

All-Inclusive Sportfishing provides a complete fishing/enjoyment package for the angler who demands impeccable service.  We are full time professional licensed captains, each of us has over 30 years experience in the Ft. Lauderdale charter fishing industry.  All you need to do is to show up.  We take care of the details.  And make every effort to assure a positive Ft. Lauderdale fishing experience.

Owner & Captain: Rick Brady

A native Floridian, Rick attended Fort Lauderdale High School, Broward Community College and Florida Atlantic University. Captain Rick has been sport fishing in Fort Lauderdale and nearby regions professionally for over 35 years and bought his first Fort Lauderdale fishing charter boat over twenty five years ago. He is the current president of the Bahia Mar Captain's Association, the premier charter fleet for Fort Lauderdale fishing. Rick Brady

He is an established and  highly respected Captain in  the South Florida Sport fishing  community and recognized for his Fort Lauderdale charter fishing accomplishments, as well as numerous tournament wins in South Florida and the Caribbean. Among these wins he currently holds two Bahamas Billfish Championships, a true tribute to his dedication to fishing.

When you meet Captain Rick, he'll greet you with a smile. After all, how can you not be happy when you fish every day and you love what you do. Once the hunt begins for fish, you'll see that in his eyes... and his eyes don't miss a thing.

Captain Steve Souther

Born in Chicago, Il., Steve moved here with his family in the late 60's. A graduate of Loyola Academy High School in Wilmette, Il., he went on to Florida Institute of Technology for 2 years majoring in Marine Biology. Steve holds dual certifications in Scuba instruction and obtained his first Captains license in 1976. Steve Souther

He has been operating boats locally and abroad ever since. His fishing experience started on the Great Lakes and in Canada, fishing for Walleye and Northern Pike as a boy. Upon moving here permanently in  1975, he began his Fort Lauderdale fishing career on private and charter boats as both a Captain and mate.

"I haven't had much time to travel abroad since we began our family here, so most of my experience has been here locally, in Fort Lauderdale". It works to our customer's advantage, fishing the same areas year after year; Steve knows the  habits of the fish here  and the Fort Lauderdale fishing area quite well. You'll spend a few hours with Captain Steve, and find him quite easy going, but very focused on his objective. "This isn't tournament fishing, this is licensed professional charter fishing… It's supposed to be productive AND  fun". And THAT is just what you'll find... when fishing with Captain Steve.

Andrew on Marlin My Darlin

First Mate Andrew

The full moon has been giving us a bit of trouble deep sea fishing in Ft Lauderdale this first week of September. While we really seem to be able to catch numerous Bonitos and Barracudas we are having particular difficulty with the Kingfish. The Kingfish we are catching are requiring a lot of patience and perseverance to get the job done. Kingfish as glamour fish? They can be, but not typically. An important fish for many a successful Ft Lauderdale fishing charters?  You bet they are. 1st  mate Andrew is putting a lot of effort into our program to get some Kings into the box .And he is getting it done. Not only Kings, but Jacks, African Pompanos, Tunas, Wahoo, Snappers and Sailfish as well/ you name it. It’s a long list. So let’s touch briefly on what sets one fisherman apart from the crowd so to speak, and this is from my “experiences” of 40 years of doing it. My favorite fish is the Blue Marlin and the “Marlin My Darlin” is named after this great fish. I watch him (Andrew) and his attention to detail and his dedication to perfection and marvel at his drive. Success is when preparation meets opportunity I like to say. My personal passion for fishing perfection allowed me to win two Bahamas Billfish Championships ( each championship a  five tournament series regarded by many  as the Superbowl of Sportfishing), place second twice and garner one third place against some very talented fishermen. Was I lucky? You bet I was, AND I surrounded myself with an “A” team crew involving some very special talented people. When I watch this kid work his magic day after day in the cockpit of my Marlin My Darlin I happily realize that I am again in the presence of something special. That special smile on a 10 year olds face when he lands that personal best “big one”, or that fat Blue Marlin that brings that same special smile to the hand picked team lucky enough to be involved in that tournament catch is what it’s all about.  Every deep sea fishing day. weather it is in Ft. Lauderdale or wherever, is a tournament event for Andrew. He is going places in this sport, and I look forward to every day that I look down there when I throttle down @ the edge, no matter where, and holler “Hey Kid, you ready to rock”? You bet he is, and I’m the lucky one. Again.    Capt Rick Brady

Quality Fort Lauderdale Fishing Crew

When selecting a quality Fort Lauderdale charter fishing outfit you want to make sure you have a crew that works well together as a team.  When going after big game you want a  seasoned professional crew that knows exactly what to do in every possible situation.

Capt. Rick Brady and Capt. Steve Souther have been close friends for over twenty years They are both married and raising their families here. They have been co-workers, competitors and are now together again on the Marlin My Darlin.

They are both extremely dedicated to making your fishing trips pleasant, safe, and successful. Rick and Steve will cater to your personal needs to ensure the best possible chances for success. Fishing is their passion as well as their chosen profession (and only profession). A successful fisherman is one who capitalizes on a situation when "meticulous preparation meets opportunity" They are successful fishermen.

Your crew is experienced and conscientious with local knowledge of the waters of South Florida, Miami, Florida Keys and the Bahamas. They know the  Ft. Lauderdale fishing area well. Their business is built on a solid reputation, repeat customers, and referrals.

"We would enjoy being chosen as the provider for your South Florida Sport Fishing experience"
