And there goes April, and into May we go. Decent weather and hope you like warm. Looking forward there will be more rain as we get deeper into May and we could use some of that right now. Very dry here, scorched lawns, but good fishing right now and who wants to mow the lawn when it’s cooler offshore. Kingfish in particular have been biting well along and on top of the reefs. Essentially all have been of legal size and they have provided good action. Some Mahi-Mahi as pictured. Blackfin Tunas and Bonito mixed in.  Nice sized Jacks on the wrecks and Grouper season opened today. Only an occasional Sail now as peak season has passed, and it was a disappointing Sailfish “peak” season out front here. We chipped away at them but had expected more. Lots of Sharks around now and for reasons unknown to us there are more Bull Sharks than ever before in the mix. As always we have included some photos of anglers who have joined us here with their fish. So the fishing is good, especially when compared to earlier in the year when every other day seemed so erratic. There, as always in fishing, will be days when the fish will assert their own agenda and be fickle, but most days now they have been joining us aboard. Very busy now. Always try to phone in advance and also always book directly with me @ 954-778-8173. See you on the rip, Rick
